Pre Production - BRisk assessment
Risk assessment programs
St Ives clearly recognises that transferring substantial amounts of work to new suppliers carries a risk, and have developed procedures to minimise this with our professional, detailed proven approach. St Ives has a very successful track record of developing and transferring new business, and taking over major retail POS and print-related contracts. St Ives has identified the major risks in the implementation phase as;
A lack of understanding of the scope of work performed
A lack of understanding of technical requirements
A lack of understanding of processes and ways of working
An under-estimation of the complexity and volume of the print and logistical requirements
Our approach is designed to minimise or even eradicate these risks. Any successful partnership starts with detailed planning and preparation. Our approach and tailored implementation plans would involve;
The appointment of an implementation team that would include our Business Development Director and a team of systems and workflow specialists to manage the transitional process
Full planning and auditing reports
Systems development, testing and trials
Team training and operational trials
